The Buford Boys and Girls Varsity golf teams celebrated their 2009 accomplishments at the season ending banquet on May 19th.

 

Patrick Hall won awards for Boys Low Medalist (season average) and Boys Scholastic Achievement at the banquet.  The future looks bright for the Boys team as they do not have any seniors on the 2009 roster.

 

The Girls team will lose two seniors in Chelsea Fohl and Abby Johnson (3rd in region).  Abby will continue her playing career in Athens as she will be attending the University of Georgia on a golf scholarship.  Abby collected awards for Girls Low Medalist (low season average) and Scholastic Achievement.

 

Middle School golfers Logan Nance (Boys Low Medalist) and Olivia Davis (Girls Low Medalist) were also honored at the banquet.
